Tassie Yes, you can!


Tassie, an avid runner, loves a high-intensity workout. She has enjoyed indoor cycling since high school, but after just one class at CycleBar Dunwoody she became a devotee! As a CycleStar Instructor, she gets to share some of her precious “me” time with her entire class! Tassie motivates with her music and encouraging words. She believes that we all deserve 50 minutes a day to do something for ourselves!
